Can I order from outside the U.S.?

Absolutely!  Simply check out as normal.  Shipping for international orders are based on weight.  Here are our shipping rates for orders outside the U.S.:

0.00 lb - 3.0 lb = $15.00

3.01 lb - 5.0 lb = $23.00

5.01 lb - 8.0 lb = $35.00

8.01 - 10.01+ lb = $45.00

 In general, shoes are weighed at 3LBS and clothing and accessories are weighted at 0LBS-1LBS

 

Can I find InfaMiss Trends products in stores?

Unfortunately No.  We are an online retailer and we do not have a brick & mortar location at the time.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. To prevent fraudulent charges, all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

 

When will my card be charged when ordering products from InfaMiss Trends?

Your card will be charged immediately after security checks from your bank and InfaMiss Trends have been authorized which most times only takes a few seconds.

 

How will I know if my order is successfully placed?

We will send you an email verifying your order once it is completed through our website. This email will outline your order, and provide an invoice number in case you need to contact us with any questions or concerns. Make sure to keep this email, as inquiries without the reference number might be delayed.

 

Will I receive a notification when my order has shipped?

Yes! We will send you tracking information when your package is being shipped.

 

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking number?

First, check your spam folder since our confirmations are generated automatically—sometimes this is a red flag for email clients. If the email is in the spam folder, make sure to add InfaMiss Trends to your address book. If the confirmation is not there, check to make sure the details you have provided are correct, and contact us at: hello@InfaMissTrends.com if the issue continues.

 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

In general, orders are processed within 24-48 hours (for weekdays), 72 (for weekends) hours after you place your order.  We do not ship orders on weekends or national holidays.  Processing may take longer when a huge promotion has run.

 

Can I return an item?

Yes! Item(s) must be in new condition with all tags and packaging.  Item(s) must be received by us within 30 business days from receipt of delivery. Once a return is initiated, we will email you a pre-paid trackable shipping label.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable for preference returns and a refund will be issued to your method of payment less shipping charges. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.   For complete return details, please visit our Returns policy page.

Do I still get flat rate shipping even if I order internationally?

No, the flat rate shipping only applies for orders made with shipping addresses in the continental US.
